The all aluminium chassis with honeycombe floors and side panels comes complete with C4 Corvette supension, GM brakes and other vital components to get your project rolling.

Ultima GTR720 smashes Top Gear lap record

 British supercar manufacturers and multiple world speed record holders Ultima Sports Ltd have this week smashed Michael Schumacher's $1.7 million Ferrari FXX track car lap record on the circuit as used by Top Gear TV with their Ultima GTR720 road car.
The Ultima GTR720 recorded a blistering 1min 9.9secs lap time, which demolishes the previous record of 1min10.7secs set by seven-time world Formula 1 champion Michael Schumacher in his Ferrari FXX track car. To put things into perspective the Ultima is almost 10 seconds per lap faster than the fastest road car that Ferrari produces which is the renowned $750,000 Enzo.

2009 London Cobra Show Raffle Car to be 1964 Le Mans Replica

 The 2009 London Cobra Show raffle car will be a Factory Five replica of the Type 65 Daytona Coupe driven to victory, in the GTIII class at Lemans in 1964, by Bob Bondurant and Dan Gurney. The organisers state that, "Our goal is to make it as close to the original car as possible, but using all new parts and technology available to us now."

 The London Ohio Cobra Show has a twist this year, your chance to win a fully built Cobra 427SC replica by Unique Motorcars for the princely sum of just $20.
The organisors of the show have got together with Unique Motorcars to build a Cobra replica and offer it in a raffle for $20 a ticket with proceeds going to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

 I recently had the pleasure to be invited to the Ukraine to sample the new and revolutionary kit car entry for the 2007 Le Mans race! Until last year the Cardi was a Russian owned car design studio but on the invitation of the Ukrainian State Automobile Conglomerate was invited to fabricate the new state entry for Le Mans. Designed by the son of the pre-war Auto Union V16 race car, the Cardi is an astonishing piece of revolutionary design. The amazing thing is that after Le Mans it is to be made available in kit form to buyers in Europe and North America.
