Type: Replica of Reventlow Scarab
Brief overview of car:
The Scarab is a near as possible replica of the Reventlow Scarab of the late 50s and early 60s which got much respect due to it's many race wins over many years. Originals are very collectable and you would need very deep pockets to bag one.
The New Scarab is a lovely piece of craftsmanship with a custom chrome moly TIG welded chassis and an all aluminium body built in Poland which gives it that quality edge over fiberglass (but much more expensive)
The Scarab takes some components from a C6 Corvette but also supplies many custom components. For a few $$$$ you can also get an EFI version of the Scarab throttle body canted fuel injection system by Hilborn to finish the engine bay in period fashion.
